Refunds may only be considered if the service was never delivered, the purchased service cannot be provisioned, or a major technical issue caused directly by GTXNodes cannot be resolved.
Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.
Opening a payment dispute or chargeback without contacting support first may result in immediate service suspension, permanent blacklist, account termination, and fraud reporting.
GTXNodes reserves the right to dispute fraudulent chargebacks using stored logs, invoices, IP logs, and delivery evidence.
Users attempting to abuse the refund system may lose refund eligibility permanently, be blacklisted from future purchases, and have services terminated.
Cancelling a service does not automatically qualify for a refund. Users are responsible for cancelling recurring subscriptions before the next billing cycle.
If a payment is reversed after successful service delivery, GTXNodes may suspend all active services, terminate accounts, and block future orders.
Approved refunds may take several business days depending on the payment provider.
